Back with some stuff from hanselman (a microsoft staff) , there's something i found it very interesting...

It's useful when you are doing presentation or teaching others on the monitor screen....

Easy to use and install and it's all free...try it out urself . what this program can do is simply press the toggle key on ur keyboard and zoom effect will be appear on the screen.

Pointer of your mouse act as a painting tools , therefore u can easily circle up some important point while in zoom mode...
