from the previous post i got something from the internet too....some of the school or workplace, they banned the students or worker from accessing particular website..and of cos not for my college =P...here's some help that can help you to get through the detection from the school server filter....=)
basically the most easy way is go to a proxy website to get rid of those blocked website and the firewalls that's set up by the administrator...

for 1 of the proxy website...there's tons out there ,for some clever admin they will ban the proxy server as well =/...another way of doing this is:
1)Go to notepad
2)Click on help
3)click help topics
4)right click on the top bar there which is in the same line to ur close button
5)click on Jump to URL.... which is below the close
6)type in the website u wish to view into the blank where it's stated jump to this URL remember to add in http://www or http:// =)
7)enjoy your net surfing in school or workplace
